Scripture Post #1,204: *SUFFER BEING FAULTLESS*
1st Peter 2:
19 For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
20 For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

1st Peter 4:15: "But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters."
V. 16: "Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf."
Doing wrong and suffering the consequences for it is bad. Suffering for CHRIST's sake, on the other hand, being innocent—this is good. "…This is acceptable with God." ~ 1st Peter 2:20
