Scripture Post #808: *MYSTERY OF GODLINESS*

1st Timothy 3:16: "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, unto Timothy, his son in the faith (1st Tim. 1:1-2).

The word "mystery" means: something that is difficult or impossible to be explained or understood. With that in mind, ponder on this quote: "…God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." "…Great is the *MYSTERY OF GODLINESS*[!]"
