Scripture Post #806: *HOUSE OF GOD*

1st Timothy 3:15: "But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth."

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, unto Timothy, his son in the faith (1st Tim. 1:1-2).

The Apostle Paul stated that if he tarried long with the Church concerning Timothy, it would be that those in the Church "behaved" themselves in the Church. Saints in the faith ought to behave as such in the House of GOD. For the *HOUSE OF GOD* "…is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth."
