Scripture Post #362: *SATAN TRANSFORMS*

2nd Corinthians 11:

14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Context: This Scripture was from Apostle Paul and Timothy, unto the Church at Corinth (2nd Cor. 1:1-2).

Satan can transform himself into appearing good—even GODly. Demons can, too. And verse 13 states that false apostles can as well. 2 Cor. 11:13: "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ." Everyone who preaches JESUS isn't doing so righteously. Some are deceivers. Satan is a huge deceiver. He deceived Eve. I've heard people in the Christian community say they've had supernatural encounters with GOD or Angels. And I've also heard those without CHRIST claim to encounter things very similar. But if what you encounter doesn't line up with the Bible, don't receive from it—I don't care how close to GOD it looks like! Many are deceived by the supernatural and wouldn't be if they followed these Scriptures:

Gal. 1:8: "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."

9: "As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."

1st John 4:1: "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."
