Scripture Post #1,500: *MORE GLADNESS*

 

Psalms 4:7:

"Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased."

When the wine and corn harvest comes in with great excess for the harvester, there is *MORE GLADNESS* with GOD. 

When the honor roll student receives her scholarship she's sorely longed for, there is *MORE GLADNESS* with GOD. 

When the athlete is accepted to go pro, there is *MORE GLADNESS* with GOD. 

When the man who's lived a hard life hits the lottery, there is *MORE GLADNESS* with GOD. 

I thought I knew exceeding joy… then one day I met the LORD. 

"But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy." ~1st Peter 4:13.
