Scripture Post #692: *DO IT HEARTILY*

Colossians 3:

23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul and Timotheus, to the Saints of Colosse (Col. 1:1-2).

It's not always about what you say or do, as much as it is about *how* you say or do the things you do. Whatsoever you do, *DO IT HEARTILY*! It can sometimes be difficult performing tasks heartily. If others under-appreciate you or mistreat you, keep in mind that you're doing what you're doing "as to the Lord" and not unto them. This way, how others treat you won't at all matter. And you'll be less affected by others because the focus is the LORD.
