Scripture Post #682: *AS IT IS FIT*

Colossians 3:18: "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord."

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul and Timotheus, to the Saints of Colosse (Col. 1:1-2).

The wife in CHRIST can rest easy, knowing her husband's got the steering-wheel that will get the family to their destination, safe and sound. In the wife's submission to her husband, CHRIST ultimately is guiding the family. 

Eph. 5:22: "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord."

V. 23: "For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body."

V. 24: "Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing."
