Scripture Post #677: *COMMITTED UNTO THE SON*

John 5:

22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: 

23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

JESUS spoke these words to the Pharisees. 

Before CHRIST took the form of a man and showed us the way, people honored GOD in order to be in right standing with HIM. But since the time of CHRIST's terrestrial-arrival, all of mankind must accept JESUS CHRIST as LORD and honor HIM to be in right standing with FATHER GOD. And in doing so, the FATHER is honored. 

1st Tim. 2:5: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;"
