Scripture Post #577: *BE READY*

Luke 21:

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

JESUS spoke these words to HIS Disciples regarding the end-times.

If a major event were to take place that you were really interested in, you'd *BE READY* for it! Some camp out for Black Friday sales, forfeiting family-time and the Thanksgiving holiday. Others camp out for superstar performers to come to town. This shows devotion. This shows commitment. This shows heart! When it comes to the most important event that'll ever take place on planet earth, we'd better show more devotion, commitment and heart for it—CHRIST's return—than for any other event that ever took place! 

JESUS is most important. Let's be ready!
