Scripture Post #268: *ONE FOR ALL*

1st Corinthians 12:26: "And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it."

Context: This Scripture was from Apostle Paul and Sosthenes, unto the Church at Corinth (1st Cor. 1:1-2).

All the members of the Body are connected as 1 Body. (1st Cor. 12:20: "But now are they many members, yet but one body.") So when something good happens to one member of the Body, something good happens to all the Body. The same goes for if something bad happens. It's all for one and *ONE FOR ALL*. 

Further Context: 

1st Cor. 12:23: "And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness."

V. 24: "For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:"

V. 25: "That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another."

V. 26: "And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it."
