Scripture Post #1,821: *DRY GROUND*

 

Exodus 14:

21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. 

22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left. 

The Egyptians chased after the Israelites with 600 chariots, seeking to enslave them once more. The Israelites were sandwiched between the great sea in front of them, and a ferocious army of Egyptians behind them. Moses parted the sea through GOD's great power. There was a wall of water on both sides of the path set before the Israelites who crossed on *DRY GROUND*.
