Scripture Post #1,745: *TOKEN*

 

Exodus 3:12:

"And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain."

GOD used Mount Horeb, A.K.A. The Mountain Of GOD, as a *TOKEN* for Moses. He showed Moses His power and wonder, firsthand, via the burning bush that was near the Mountain of GOD. And it would be this very Mountain, even Mount Horeb, that GOD would eventually lead Moses and the Israelite people to, later on!
