Scripture Post #1,661: *GOD SHOWED YOU*

 

Genesis 41:25:

"And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewed Pharaoh what he is about to do."

Could it be that GOD showed you what would happen but you just missed it? 

Pharaoh, king of Egypt, dreamed two dreams both holding the same meaning. He didn't know what the dreams meant. And neither did any of his magicians. Sorcery has been used to invoke power from demonic forces for thousands of years, causing awe and wonder upon its witnesses and accomplishing other mesmerizing feats of deception. The magic of Egypt was extremely prevalent. Egyptian magicians could do so much, but they couldn't interpret their king's dream. It took GOD's servant, Joseph, to do that! Joseph explained to Pharaoh that GOD informed him of what He was about to do. He let Pharaoh, a man of power and influence, in on the future that would impact the world in a major way over the next 14 years: 7 years of great harvest followed by 7 years of harsh famine.
