Scripture Post #1,522: *JUST DESERTS*

Psalms 7

14 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.

15 He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.

16 His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.

This Passage of Scripture refers to those who choose to live in opposition to GOD. When we lead iniquitous lives, we dig our own holes to fall into. We untie the laces of our own shoes to trip and stumble in our own folly. We shoot ourselves in the foot when we deliberately choose wrongly. Deceivers get away with nothing. Wrongdoers receive the deserved-punishment of their behavior. So do what's right by GOD. Allow Him to give you the desires of your heart. Because when you use dishonesty for means of gain, you're not keeping any of it. In fact, you'll end up paying interest for what you thought you were getting away with.
