Psalms 4:4:

"Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah."

Stand in awe of GOD, in awe of Who He is, in awe of His great power, His might, His purity, His perfection. When you do this, you'll cease from sinning. Meditate on this realization within your heart as you go to bed. And pause and ponder. There's no room for sin when this is applied.
