Scripture Post #1,405: *600 YEARS OLD*

Genesis 7:6: 

"And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth."

Nearly 2/3 of Noah's long, long life had already passed when Noah first entered the ark. ("And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died." ~Genesis 9:29.) Noah spent nearly 2/3 of his life in the pre-flooded world. And only about 1/3 of his life in the post-flooded world (of course). 

Noah endured the evil this world faced prior to the flood for 600 years. That's a long time to endure evil. Especially since in those days, this was evil at its very worst.
