Scripture Post #1,832: *SPEAKING IMPROPERLY*

Psalms 34:13:

"Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile."

*SPEAKING IMPROPERLY* has major affects on how life turns out for you. You can't just talk any old way and not be affected negatively by it sometime down the line. Speaking dishonestly, talking naughty, saying things that oppose GOD's views, these are things that damage the heart. You can have a lot of nice things, but your soul will be jacked up. And your conscious will be less susceptible to determining what's good and what isn't. Desensitization to what indeed is proper, true and moral, is a very dangerous thing.
