Scripture Post #1,792: *HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING*

Psalms 32:9:

"Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee."

A horse or a mule won't come to you without a bridle. They don't *HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING* to think for themselves. They must be tugged, commanded and semi-controlled. Don't be this way. Must the LORD control you in order for you to draw near unto Him? Must He pull and tug at you to get you to believe? Can't you understand for yourself? Are you capable of deciding on your own?
