Disclaimer: The image used for this Scripture Post, in its original form, was from an image search engine. It is not an image of my own.

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, unto Timothy, his son in the faith (1st Tim. 1:1-2).

"If a man therefore purge himself from these…" What are the "these" this Scripture is referring to? Answer: The "ungodliness" mentioned in verse 16 and the "iniquity" mentioned in verse 19. So this Scripture means for us to purge ourselves from ungodliness and iniquity, so that we can be vessels "…unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work." But GOD won't *use* ungodliness and iniquity. Which is why we purge it, to be honorable vessels for GOD to use.
