Scripture Post #868: *GOOD SOLDIER*

2nd Timothy 2:3: "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ."

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, unto Timothy, his son in the faith (1st Tim. 1:1-2).

Soldiers fight in hardened warfare. A soldier's no good if he can't endure hardness. If things are tough and you're faced with many obstacles, and you're continuing on, not giving up, then you're being a *GOOD SOLDIER*. 

A good soldier who doesn't endure hardness isn't a good soldier.
