This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, unto Timothy, his son in the faith (1st Tim. 1:1-2).
We mustn't forget to fight. It's easy to get too comfortable that we let our guards down and forget that this thing is a fight. We know that GOD will fight our battles for us, but we must fight where our faith is concerned, or little by little, we'll become faithless. The Apostle Paul referred to our fight as good, calling it a "*GOOD FIGHT*." Fighting in your faith is good because you'll reap the spoils from your victory. (If you're fighting on GOD's side you're bound to win. It's a fixed fight!) Continuing to fight and believe in faith will bring about spoils from your win against fear, doubt, worry, temptation, sickness & disease, financial disaster, etcetera. Stick it out and keep fighting. Don't lax—attack! Weak fighters lose fights. If you're not exercising your faith to be stronger, you'll become weak and lose an already fixed fight. Catastrophic!
Luke 11:21: "When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:"
Eph. 6:10: "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might."
V. 11: "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
