*PROTEIN & CARBOHYDRATES* are highly beneficial to the human body. In this Scripture Post, JESUS eats of "broiled fish" and "honeycomb". JESUS is LORD and the MESSIAH. HE was a Prophet, Preacher, Healer, etcetera, and HE ate a healthy diet. John The Baptist was a great man of GOD. Here's what JESUS said about him in Matt. 11:11: "Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he." John The Baptist ate locusts and wild honey. (Matthew 3:4: "And the same John had his raiment of camel’s hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey.") Both The Messiah, JESUS, and HIS powerful cousin, John The Baptist, ate protein and carbs. Whether it was broiled fish and honeycomb, or locusts and wild honey, both of which are *low-fat* proteins and carbohydrates. These men of faith, One of which being the SAVIOR of the world, took care of their spirits, souls and bodies, as all people of faith should.

Protein is an important component of our muscles, skin, hair, nails and cartilage. Proteins help in maintaining healthy muscles and bones.
Carbohydrates are an ideal source of energy for the body.
