Scripture Post #572: *SERVANTS*
Ephesians 6:
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

This Scripture was from Apostle Paul to the Saints of Ephesus (Eph. 1:1).
Commentary Within Brackets:
Ephesians 6:5: "Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh ["…According to the flesh…," because in reality/spiritually, GOD is our Master. But in the sense of our flesh-bodies on earth, our employer would be our master.], with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ [In your work-service, serve as unto CHRIST, instead of your employer.];"
V. 6: "Not with eyeservice [serving to be seen or noticed], as menpleasers [attempting to please man, when the focus should be on GOD]; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart [Is your heart in your service? It should be.];"
V. 7: "With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:"
V. 8: "Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free [Gal. 6:7: "…Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."]."
