Scripture Post #480: *BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH*

Ephesians 2:

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Context: This Scripture was from Apostle Paul, to the Saints which were at Ephesus (Eph. 1:1).

It's by GOD's grace alone that we are saved through our believing-faith in HIM! So no man can boast! You can't work to earn this thing; it's a free gift to everyone who believes!
